What to Actually Post on Social Media as a Realtor
Welcome to 2024! I bet you’re thinking, “THIS is the year I am going to finally commit to posting on Instagram!”

So here’s EXACTLY what you’re going to do: Pick one niche market that aligns with your brand and target audience of buyers or sellers.
Because let’s face it, it’s really easy to start a conversation when you know who you’re talking to… and that’s all posting on social media is… talking and connecting with the people you want to talk to through photo and video marketing!
Let me give you an example:
Imagine you really want to work with millennials who are interested in historic homes in your city… (And I can already hear some of you saying, "But Molly, I want to work with all buyers in my city!" (Shh, I've got you.)
So, what's the plan? You’re going to create content tailored to that ideal client and you’re going to do that over and over again. Want to know the result of that? You’re going to attract that ideal client.
Now think of how much easier it is to plan out your content for the month now that you know who you’re talking to…
Showcase weekly historic home tours
Highlight trendy coffee shops in historic areas
Craft videos explaining the different types of historic homes
Offer insights on tax savings for buyers of historic properties.

By consistently delivering content that speaks directly to your niche market, you'll not only attract your ideal clients but also position yourself as an authority in your chosen area. Plus, planning out your content becomes fun and easy when you know exactly who you're targeting.
