Optimizing Your Real Estate Business Through Automation

When our market hit a slowdown, I realized it was the perfect opportunity to revamp our business strategy. We focused on automation and investment in systems that would free up our time for what truly mattered to us.
Here are some of the first things we offloaded and automated when we decided to rebuild:
Lead Management: We automated our @Asana system to seamlessly add new leads from inquiries into our database, complete with tasks for follow-up and drafted email responses. Big shoutout to @mindthemethod for the inspiration!
Transaction Follow-up: I went through the process of working with us as a buyer or seller and drafted every email and touchpoint I wanted to happen within our transactions. Once I created those, I had them auto-drafted to send out through every stage of the transaction.
Social Media Engagement: Implementing @manychat allowed us to automate responses to inquiries and comments on Instagram for our listings, guides, etc.
Email Marketing: We set up @flodesk workflows tailored to different audiences for our email marketing campaigns.
Lead Magnets: Utilizing @stanforcreators, we automated the delivery of any guide purchases. You can also use this for any sort of lead magnets you want to use in your business.
Integration Management: We used @zapier to automatically sync leads from @stanforcreators to our @flodesk email audiences so it’s completely hands-off for us.
Post Closing Automation: Leveraging @asana, we automated the process of sending out review requests to clients for platforms like @zillow and @google and @asana does it automatically.
Closing Gifts: We purchased closing gifts in bulk from @amazon and pre-made them for the upcoming months making sure we were always prepared and consistent.
Marketing Materials: We finalized our listing marketing guides and had them printed and stored in our office for easy access whenever needed.
Branding and Design: We made templates in @canva for all our marketing materials which helped ensure consistency in our branding for all buyer and seller marketing.
