Define Your Brand's Pillars: Getting crystal clear on the three pillars of your brand is essential. These pillars are the foundation of your marketing strategy, guiding your messaging and content creation efforts.
Get Extremely Specific On Who You’re Talking To: Don't just target everyone; get extremely specific about your ideal client. Analyze what their needs, preferences, and pain points are and that will help you curate your content. Do NOT skip this step.
Focus Your Efforts: Stop trying to create content for everyone, it’s not going to work. Instead concentrate on speaking directly to your target client. When creating content, each piece should fit into one aspect of your 3 Brand Pillars (first bullet point).
Don’t Budge On Consistency: Develop a schedule or plan to ensure consistency in your posting. Regular, high-quality content keeps your audience engaged and continues to grow your brand presence. Create content your audience craves.
Social Media Is Your Database: Treat it like that. You have hundreds of people following you, seeing you, and interacting with you - leverage it. It’s nearly impossible to say hi to 500 of your past clients in person everyday, but with social media, you can. Follow and interact with your clients regularly to create deep and meaningful relationships.
Capitalize On What’s Trending: Keep an eye on what IG users are loving and use the hooks and trending audio on Instagram to create videos that actually capture attention. Instagram tells you what’s trending, so use it!
Recreate Reels: Create a folder of Reels to save that did well for other accounts on Instagram. You can repurpose these and recreate them to drive traffic and views to your profile. If you need some inspiration, go check out the Reels I’ve posted and recreate the ones that did well!
Just Do It: Above all, don't overthink it. Just dive in and start posting. It doesn’t have to be perfect. You need to begin being consistent in order to start seeing results. Social media is not an overnight success, so trust in your plan and execute it confidently.
