What We’ve Done to Invest In Our Business

Diving into the new year I’ve had a profound realization: "collaboration and education" are the keys to breaking through our business barriers and reaching new heights of success.

If you've already got your systems locked down, feel confident in your business, and consistently deliver top-notch service to your clients, it's time to take things up a notch and re-master your craft.

Here are some of the areas where I'm investing in myself and my business this year:

Coaching: They say if you want to be the best, learn from the best. That's why I've enlisted the help of @brandbuildersgroup to fine-tune my personal brand, marketing strategies, and overall business approach.

Investments and Asset Protection: Growing wealth is one thing, but knowing how to protect and manage it for the future is another. That's why I've partnered with @heather.townsend.financial to handle all aspects of asset planning and protection.

Marketing: Time is precious, and spending hours on Canva just wasn't cutting it anymore. I've outsourced all my marketing needs to @posteddigital for flyers, content repurposing, email marketing, and more.

Virtual Assistant: Efficiency is key, especially when it comes to ensuring every transaction runs smoothly. That's why I'm teaming up with @mindthemethod to onboard a virtual assistant who will elevate our business operations to the next level.

Photos and Videos: In today's digital age, professional visuals are non-negotiable. That's why I'm committed to consistently investing in high-quality photos and videos to showcase my listings and brand.

Courses and Guides: The beauty of the internet is that you can learn practically anything with just a few clicks. I'm devouring courses and guides on a weekly basis, soaking up knowledge from experts who've been there, done that.

Bookkeeping: Let's face it – unless you're a finance wizard, bookkeeping isn't exactly a fun task. That's why I've outsourced my taxes, bookkeeping, and financial planning to a trusted professional who keeps everything in order.

Networking: They say your network is your net worth, and I couldn't agree more. That's why I've started my own small business networking group, because investing in others and cultivating a strong inner circle is invaluable.

Video: Video is non negotiable in today's business world, which is why I've invested in @loom to streamline my video communication efforts and stay ahead of the curve.

So, there you have it – my roadmap for investing in myself and my business this year. It's not just about checking off boxes; it's about committing to continuous growth and improvement. By prioritizing collaboration, education, and strategic investments, we're setting ourselves up for success in the ever-evolving world of real estate.
