We printed out a list of every single closing we'd ever had and cross-referenced it with tax records to see who bought with us and who sold with someone else. The results? Well, let's just say they were eye-opening.

Out of 400 people, only 4 chose to sell with another agent. (pats self on the back but also OUCH). Maybe it wouldn't have made a difference, but at least we wouldn't have regretted not trying.
